Tribute 4.2% abv

For foodies, Tribute is a perfect accompaniment to chicken, gammon or fish. The ideal alternative to a fine white wine.

Roger Protz, Editor Good Beer Guide, wrote: “Tribute is a magnificent example of a bronze coloured English bitter, with a rich aroma of biscuity malt and tart citrus fruit from the Willamette hops. Juicy malt, hop resins and tangy fruit coat the tongue, while the finish is long and lingering, with a fine balance between malt, hops and fruit, finally becoming dry and bitter.”

An award-winning modern IPA, packed full of citrus, pineapple and grapefruit resinous flavours with a fine crisp bitter finish.

Cornish Best 3.5% abv

Crafted from British hops, Maris Otter barley and Cornish spring water, Cornish Best is an easy-drinking, traditional, well-balanced bitter with wide appeal.

Cornish Best is brewed from the heart of Cornwall, but with a flavour that appeals further afield. For its strength it drinks much fuller with plenty of toffee and biscuit flavours complemented with a hint of bitterness on the finish.

A very nice well-balanced beer.

HSD 5.0% abv

Hicks Special Draught – named after our founder Walter Hicks, HSD is full-bodied, strong and Cornish. Brimming with a kaleidoscope of flavours.

Brewed with plenty of malt and lashings of English Progress and Golding hops, HSD is a truly classic ale of considerable depth and complexity.

Korev 4.8% abv

Korev is a lager in the Helles style, with a wonderful pale colour and a clean, crisp taste. Bottled in amber glass to protect the freshness, we think you’ll agree when we say that it’s been worth the wait.

In 2015 we were delighted to sign a sponsorship agreement to make Korev the Official Beer of Surfing GB. This is a wonderful sponsorship of grass roots surfing and has developed huge interest in the brand from the surfing fraternity. Korev is also a sponsor of Luke Dillon, the amazing Cornish based surf star and the current British National Open Surfing Champion.
