***Corvid-19 Update***

Here at The Ship, we have worked hard to ensure our staff and customers are safe during your time with us.

After a long, hard and worrying 15 weeks, the time has finally come to reopen our doors to all our wonderful customers, we have missed each and every one of you! From the 4th of July we bid everyone a warm return back into our pub, but of course, this will be with a new set of strict rules in place for everyone’s well-being.

Social distancing at all times

Enhanced cleaning and sanitising throughout.

Everyone’s health is our number 1 priority.

You will now notice: Hand sanitising stations throughout. Table spacing to ensure social distancing. Staff wearing PPE.

We have introduced an online app for your convenience to allow you to order your food and drinks from the comfort of your table…….no need for a trip to the bar! This is our favoured method of ordering, however, we are able to take your order at your table if this is something you would prefer, just let us know before you take your seat.

Inside the pub we are reserving tables with one-and-a-half-hour timeslots. Please contact us to book in advance.

There are now 3 large marquee’s in place in our Beer Garden, giving you the option of sitting undercover with your food and drinks, or out in the open. We will not be taking reservations for this area, but it will be manned by a member of the team.

For your own safety, we will be asking everyone who visits for their contact details.

All our team have undergone thorough staff training in line with new Covid19 policies. This is a whole new way of working for us all, so please bear with us during these times. All staff members here at The Ship will try their very best to ensure these new challenges impact your visit as little as possible!
